Osage Ambulances was recently honored as a 30-year participant in Ford’s Qualified Vehicle Modifier (QVM) program. Since 1987, we’ve offered Ford options for our vehicles, ensuring that the modifications made to them are the safest and most practical. Ford provides safe and high-quality chassis for ambulance manufacturers, with various options for Type I ambulances, Type II ambulances, Type III ambulances, and a variety of other vehicles.
The QVM Program for ambulance manufacturers provides technical assistance and monitors manufacturers’ behavior to ensure that the ambulances are meeting the highest quality for building. Ford also provides a Qualified Vehicle Modifier Program for Ambulance Builder guidelines so that all chassis meet the same requirements.
