In order to expedite the process, please be prepared to provide Rich with the stock number of your truck. This can be found in your Osage owner’s manual. You can also find your stock number on the inside door panel of the oxygen compartment.
If you cannot locate your stock number, please provide, at a minimum, the last 8 digits of the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN).
Providing this identifying information will allow us to pull up your file and better understand what's going on with your ambulance. You see, this may be your only ambulance issue today, but it could be Rich's tenth, fifteenth or twentieth case. The process works so much better when we are able to reference your file while speaking with you.
